SR Customer Success Manager

7 OPENINGS: SR Customer Success Manager for our SaaS Client in the learning and Development Space, this client is valued at over $103M and is growing like CRAZY!

HQ: California (100% remote)
Candidates that live in the Midwest/Chicago would be a great addition but VERY open to location

-6+ Years Experience in SaaS Customer Success
-Strong understanding of HCM and Talent Dev Space
-Experience managing a book of business of 15-30 Accounts
-Passionate about renewals and expansions within existing accounts
-Candidates with 50/50 NB and AM roles will NOT be considered. This is for experienced AM only with 80% expansions and renewals and less than 20% to NB*
-Top Performing CSM who exceeds expectations
-Warm, friendly, builds rapport quickly, empathetic and easy to talk to
-Ability to travel 30% when it is safe

-80/20 base/variable split
