SaaS Sales Director – Seattle

Our established and growing international client in the SaaS Digital Management Space is looking for their first US Sales Director. This individual is NOT responsible for revenue but is responsible for managing, helping hire and growing their outside sales teams.

The right candidate is data focused, has experience and enjoys managing individual contributors and has an eagerness for growing the entire US market, working closely with the general manager of the US market who supports most cross functional teams in the US.

-5-10 years of Sales Management Experience in SaaS
-Strong experience and understanding of SaaS pricing models
-Experience creating KPIs and Playbooks
-No candidates that have only managed managers please
-Experience managing 10+ outside sales reps
-Data focused and the ability to forecast

-$150-$180k base $207-$248k OTE
